The Rule Of Law And What To Expect When “Rat Bastards” Are In Charge…

Ann Barnhardt explains some things to those of us who refuse to believe our own eyes. The snippet below nails it on the head and is in a similar vein as several other posts I have made in the last few days. All of us in the United States are being betrayed by our confirmation bias which leads us to believe that things are as they have always been and that the rule of law still exists. We also have this belief that our country could never become like those other 20th century nightmares, Germany, Japan, Russia, China and other smaller countries. We forget that some of those countries absolutely defined civilization and they went away to be replaced by horror. Certainly those 11 million people the Nazi Regime murdered fully expected that they were only taking showers after all it was far too barbaric to consider the reality. Confirmation bias led them to sleep walk to their graves. Anne is here to wake you up.

This all gets back to the historical illiteracy of this culture, thanks largely to the Marxist infiltration of the education system. You people honestly have NO FATHOM what happened in Nazi Germany, Eastern Europe, and the Soviet Union, do you? When Marxist oligarchs are your "government" there is NO RULE OF LAW. It doesn’t MATTER what you, or the old just legal system say you own. When jackbooted thugs come to take you away, there is no "law" to turn to, because the jackbooted thugs ARE "the law", meaning that there is no law at all except brute force and the willingness to use it. When the Soviets came to round up the Ukrainian farmers in 1933, why didn’t the Ukrainians just call the police? Why didn’t they produce the deeds to their homes and order the Soviets off their property? Why didn’t they SUE for violating their civil rights? And the same with the Jews in Poland? And the same with the Chinese peasants under Mao? Barnhardt.biz – Commodity Brokerage

Unemployment statistics are bullshit, deep, wide, fast, moving bullshit from the propaganda arm of what Ann calls the Rat Bastards of the Obama administration.

Once again, just making sure everyone understands the sickening farce that is the "unemployment figure." I said last year that the reported "unemployment number" would be UNDER EIGHT PERCENT no matter what in Q4 2012. Sure enough, it appears that I will be proven exactly right. Is this because unemployment is going down? HELLZ NO! Real unemployment is climbing consistently, and is probably north of 20%.

The entire Obama regime propaganda on unemployment is driven by the fact that they keep REDUCING THE SIZE OF THE WORKFORCE. People can only collect unemployment benefits for 99 weeks. As soon as a person goes beyond 99 weeks, the Obama regime declares that person as NO LONGER IN THE WORKFORCE. There are people who have been unemployed for over two years who would work if they could find anything, but the rat bastards in the Obama regime and their propaganda arm, the media, just evaporate these people from existence, and they additionally reduce the size of the labor force arbitrarily, just so they can hit whatever predetermined number Valerie Jarret, David Axelrod, Timmy Geithner and Ben Bernanke decide it is going to be. This is what they are doing on every single unemployment report. It is all as fake as a Thai Rolex. Eventually, the Obama regime will go full-Marxist stupid, drop the labor force to 52 million and declare that Great Leader Obama has delivered a FULL EMPLOYMENT ECONOMY. And anyone who dares disagree will be shot in the back of the head with one of those 450 million rounds of .40 cal that the Obama regime just ordered.

Any questions? Here is a graph that will make you smile…or not. Btw who are these people who can simply stop working? These people who are apparently frustrated and according to the government simply stop working…? How is that done?

Global Minimum Tax…heh Absurd You Say? Watch The Republicans Meet The Democrats In The Middle Then Watch The Middle Class Get Screwed! As Usual!

Cause we have to reach across the goddamn aisle and meet these evil bastards halfway or some such. The contempt Democrats have for the middle class is astounding…breathtaking even. If the Republicans even slightly understood the evil morality behind such an awful suggestion they would win elections so far into the future you would have to go to a museum to see a Democrat. But nope, I will bet dollars to donuts the clowns, the stupid party, will not see the opportunity this affords them. Instead we will hear crap from Republicans from the mold of Bush and Romney, about how we need to help all the poor around the world cause we are so fortunate. Not a single Republican will be able to stand up on his hind legs and articulate the reason why it is offensive to suggest that Americans pay a World Tax… Republicans will also probably suggest that we import a few million more poor.

“He supports corporate tax reform that would reduce expenditures and loopholes, lower rates for people investing and creating jobs in the U.S., due so further for manufacturing, and that we need to, as we have the Buffett Rule and the individual tax reform, we need a global minimum tax so that people have the assurance that nobody is escaping doing their fair share as part of a race to the bottom or having our tax code actually subsidized and facilitate people moving their funds to tax havens," Sperling said. White House Economic Adviser: ‘We Need a Global Minimum Tax’ | The Weekly Standard

And yes I blame Democrats as a whole because the bastard spewing this nonsense is the budget advisor to Obama and was the same for Clinton so he is establishment Democrat, not some lonely crazy voice in the wilderness. Oh here is a video where this oh so serious knucklehead spews his crap.

Evil Is A Evil Does…Obama Intended What He Has Accomplished So Far! Be Afraid…Very Afraid.

Any questions?

The recent adventure into Libya, or shall I say ‘above Libya,’ is the first time in living memory we’ve seen the will of one man, even an American president, order and carry out an American military mission without even bothering to ask the American congress if it minds his messing about in a foreign country. In essence, one man in one day set in motion the power of the American military without any of the barest of rituals that normally come before. For conservatives to say that he is unfit to be Commander-in-Chief is to miss the point that he is much more a commander now than he was a week ago.

Rituals are important in government as are precedents. In bypassing the rituals, Obama has set a precedent, one that will be repeated next time under an even flimsier pretext. One of the goals in bombing Libya was not just to use military power against some unpopular dictator, but to test if he could use military power — on a weekend and while out of town — at will. Conservatives might ask if the Congress will ignore and the military will obey un-Constitutional orders while missing the fact that they just did. From The Government And I am Here To Help…Part 2,556,998,555 or How I Learned To Love The Night Sweats of a Small Businessman

Walking in another’s shoes is hard work…I would say it is impossible but perhaps that is only because I don’t have enough imagination to grasp their troubles. T.L. Davis takes you on a trip through his nightmares as a small business owner, no imagination necessary as his description is gripping, depressing, and in the end vital because we must all understand just a bit more of the problem in order to demand the correct solutions from those bastards in the Government.

For the umpteenth time this year I find myself in the middle of the night sweating out yet another payroll. The persistent numbers tallied on each side don’t work. If I pay myself I can’t pay rent. If I pay the supplier I can’t pay the taxes. If I pay the accountant, I can’t pay the utilities. On and on it goes and it didn’t used to be this way. My business is related to the construction industry and we’ve seen an 80% decrease in revenue while getting stuck with bills and loans and even advertising geared to the previous income Tea Party News: Night Sweats of a Small Businessman

1000 Point Drop DOW!?! Greeks Burning Greeks! Wall Street Bonuses Out of Control! Time For The Fed To Bailout Europe…Yea Baby Give Me More!

With Obama’s apparent strategy leaning towards exploring every single way to collapse the United States, it isn’t a surprise that we are bailing out Europe. Ah, all the wonderful leftists love to crow about this or that European fashion, ridiculous pensions, life time employment, huge bureaucracies, nanny state, check, check, check, check and check, leftists in the US want all of that! Don’t worry though because it is the rare conservative indeed who will speak out against the “safety net” indeed finding a so-called right wing politician who will admit forthrightly that he intends to cut spending is akin to finding a leftist questioning the idea that someone’s “needs” trumps my freedom. (This makes Conservative NJ Governor Chris Christie a real up and comer and Ron Paul a saint) We are going straight to hell and the goddamn hand basket is in flames! Anyways Zero Hedge as usual is all the way around the story. Really if you aren’t reading Zero Hedge, The Market Ticker ®, Financial Armageddon, Calculated Risk, Dollar Collapse and a few others then all of what is happening is a big ass shock to you. Being surprised is only fun for your birthday.

We are rapidly approaching a point where it simply won’t matter whether the politicians and their needy minions want to cut this or that “safety net”…we have outgrown our ability to pay for all we have promised. As economist Robert Samuelson points out in a recent article we are witnessing the Welfare State’s Death Spiral. And this European Bailout is the sort of dumb move, that will accelerate our final reckoning. What is hilarious and indicative of Obama’s desire to destroy this country is that at the VERY the same time we rushing to adopt all of the sorts of policies that put Europe in that position. Weee!

Well guess what: with about $500 billion in liquidity swaps about to hit the asset side of the ledger (that’s a conservative estimate based on the last time the Fed went full bore on bailing out Europe, and sorry, that European bailout does not come cheap), Excess Reserves (fed liabilities) are about to skyrocket by a comparable amount to match the assets. And here is the double whammy: $500 billion in new excess reserves earning 0.25% for holder banks, means US banks are about to earn an additional $1.25 billion a year risk-free courtesy of US taxpayers, who already are getting the shaft by paying more for gas thanks to the privilege of having bailed out Europe and drowned the world in new and unprecedented gobs of excess liquidity! Simply stated, the Greek “bailout” is a roundabout way of funneling over another extra billion to US banks! Direct cost to US taxpayers to bailout Europe via IMF: $50 billion; Indirect cost to fund incremental bank excess reserves: $1.25 billion; The joy of being raped daily by the Fed-Wall Street complex and assuring another year of record Wall Street bonuses: priceless. Some things money can’t buy. For everything else there are trillions in Federal Reserve Notes appearing each and every day out of thin air. Fed Pretends It Is Preparing To Soak Up Excess Reserves, Even As Currency Swaps Are Sure To Add About $500 Billion To Fed’s Assets | zero hedge (emphasis mine)

Great Comments At Althouse Discussing That Little Punk Sullivan!

This is the best description of what we mean when we say “white culture” that I have read. It is an idea not a color…the reason it might be attached to a color is that white folks came up with the idea, thank you very much. But we never said others couldn’t adopt the same idea…matter of fact we encourage them to, then they become our fellow citizens, but not until then. But lately we have discovered that many of the folks in this country and those coming into this country do not accept this idea. They accept the idea that we “OWE” them their existence. Apparently they believe that we are their slaves. They are about to discover just how unused to shackles we are…bitter clingers indeed!

John Clifford said…

TraditionalGuy said it right…

I am about as ethnic American as it gets. My ancestry is Scots-Irish, English, and French. My parents’ families (on both sides) have been in America before the Revolutionary War… well before. My distant relatives fought under Washington, and on both sides of the Civil War.

This country was founded on an idea: as long as you bought in to the principle of America you could be an American. That principle is simple: enlightened self-interest. We protect each others’ rights in order to protect our own. If you’re willing to defend and respect others’ rights to life, liberty, and property, then you can be one of us. The neat thing about our fundamental rights is that they are negative; they do not impose a cost on others. (This explains “white culture” exactly!)

What Buchanon, the Tea Partiers, and others (including me) are upset about is that there is growing number of individuals who DON’T believe in these rights, who want to substitute other "rights" for them, who believe that if they need something then they are ENTITLED to it regardless of the obligation this puts on others. Things like health care, welfare, and other peoples’ money. Just because they can get a majority of our elected officials to ignore the Constitution and vote for these programs as a way to buy votes.

I’ve worked my butt off ever since I was a teenager. I’ve been lucky (but luck is preparedness meeting opportunity), too. I have a well-paying job and savings. Yet, I’m getting fed up with working almost half the year just to pay my taxes. When a person has to work for 40% or more of his time just to pay the government then is he really free? We all know what happens if you don’t pay the Man… he comes and asks politely, and if you say no he doesn’t ask, he takes by force. Ask Randy Weaver what happens when the government thinks you didn’t pay a $200 tax.

Back when the country was founded, the only taxes were sales taxes. You didn’t pay taxes on property or income. When you pay taxes on property, you don’t own property, you rent it… and if you don’t pay the rent the landlord kicks you off. Today, we have a tax system where the majority doesn’t pay taxes, and robs the minority that does. If that isn’t tyranny then what is? (emphasis mine)

This country has been broken for a long time, but things are coming to a head. Obama doesn’t help things when he bashes the rich between bites of arigula and wagyu beef, throws parties at the White House for his political cronies on the taxpayer’s dime, or takes Michelle on Air Force One to New York for a date costing us taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars. Instead of being a healing figure, he’s become the Great Divider… and he’s too arrogant to acknowledge this and modify his behavior. Obama is a one-term president, and the only remaining question about his term is how much worse he’ll be regarded than Jimmy Carter.

Whether it’s because people go all John Galt, or our bankers the Chinese cancel our credit cards, Atlas is going to shrug and the whole world is going to come crashing down. Our economic and business policies have created a playing field where America can no longer compete, and until this changes our economy is going to be in the toilet. You’d think we’d learn from history, but as the saying goes, "Experience is a hard school but fools will learn at no other."

It isn’t going to be pretty, and the chances of getting a free country at the end of it are slim… but the feisty types that make up the ethnic heritage that founded this country, the "bitter clingers" who were busy stockpiling guns and ammo after the election last year, are not going to end up on the bottom. Not if they can help it. Althouse: "[W]hite Americans do not realize how black they are."

One of the most wonderful aspects of the internet is being exposed to all these different voices…it is immense!

Now pardon me while I peruse the latest ammo deals and schedule my next Appleseed Visit! Till then I will be clinging to my bible and reading the Box of Truth!

Steve Wynn: “If This Is Good Government Then I Am Mary Poppins”

Another vote of confidence for our band of idiots in Washington DC. Course I need to correct myself since it is not idiocy that is driving the policies of DC but maliciousness. The crew in Washington DC mean to do us harm.

This administration without any experience is doing more damage than is easy to assess at the moment, but I can tell you I am sure that we are moving in the wrong direction and i say that as half a democrat and half a republican. What we are seeing now just doesn’t make sense. The priorities have all been inverted."

The kind of money that is being spent, and the amount of taxes that are directly and indirectly being proposed, are huge. We are seeing socialism-lite here- it would be ok if it worked, it never works. We are now in a position of complete unpredictability with the Obama administration and Congress: i don’t know what will happen. I have a sense that if once the public gets the drift and understands what’s afoot here, and these bills pass, then there’s going to be a very painful midterm election for the democrats.

"It’s a pleasure to do business in China: the government is much more even-handed, much more considered, much more gentle than it is here. I feel much more secure as a businessman in China than I do at the moment in the United States of America."

The Revolutionary War Was Started Over Less

Sharpening up my pitchforks and scythes, waiting for the call.

The Revolutionary War Was Started Over Less

Who can mobilize enough people for a March on Washington against the porkulus bill? It is clear by Harry Reid’s addition of an $8+ Billion light rail from Las Vegas to Los Angeles that the wish list keeps growing and there is no standard for Arlen Spektre or the RINOs in name that reign mainly from Maine to ever oppose it.

I would argue that this bill is so large that it demands consent from the public in the form of a special election. San Fran Nan’s grin has had more cuts made to it than the bill has.Six Meat Buffet » Blog Archive » The Revolutionary War Was Started Over Less

Maybe it is time for Glenn Reynolds to revisit his piece in the Chicago Tribune from 1995. In this piece Glenn argues that the militias, that everyone during that time were getting worked up about, were being established far too early. The militias, in Glenn’s opinion, did not have a case yet.

From his piece:

The most important aspect of this theory was representation. Those who were not represented lacked the citizen’s duty of loyalty. A government that taxed its citizens without representation was thus no better than an outlaw, and citizens enjoyed the same right of resistance against its officers as they possessed against robbers.

As this is being typed our "representatives" are busy hiding their motives behind closed secret meetings in a rush to mortgage our grandchildren’s future to pay back political favors.

Is this taxation without representation? Does this idea of taxation without representation have some technical meaning that negates the pit in my stomach. The pit the result of my having absolutely no input on how much money will be wrenched from the sweat of my brow to pay back political favors. Furthermore does this meaning of taxation without representation take into account that my grandchildren certainly have no representation…I have none yet. And yet they are the ones who will be paying this ridiculous bill back.

Does Glenn still think the militias have no case? Even in 1995 he cautioned those in power to take heed of those who felt so unrepresented that they were arming themselves for the revolution. Perhaps that is a warning that needs to be revisited? It certainly feels as if my government is making war on me.

I Told You So Will Seem So Trite When We Are Left Foraging For Food…So Let Me Say It Now America, “I Told You So”

This just about covers it.

Barack Obama inauguration: this Emperor has no clothes, it will all end in tears

Barack Obama, Freedom of Choice Act, Neil Kinnock, stimulus package, Tony Blair

This will end in tears. The Obama hysteria is not merely embarrassing to witness, it is itself contributory to the scale of the disaster that is coming. What we are experiencing, in the deepening days of a global depression, is the desperate suspension of disbelief by people of intelligence – la trahison des clercs – in a pathetic effort to hypnotise themselves into the delusion that it will be all right on the night. It will not be all right.

We have been here before. In the spring of 1997, to be precise, when a charismatic, young prime minister entered Downing Street, cheered by children bussed in for the occasion waving plastic Union Jacks. A very few of us at that time incurred searing reproaches for denouncing the Great Charlatan (as I have always denominated Tony Blair) and dissenting from the public hysteria. Three times a deluded Britain elected that transparent fraud. Yesterday, when national bankruptcy became a formal reality, we reaped the bitter harvest of the Blair/Brown imposture.

The burnt child, contrary to conventional wisdom, does not fear the fire. After the Blair experience there is no excuse for anybody in Britain falling for Obama. Yet today, in this country, even some of those who remained sane during the emotional spasm of the Diana aberration are pumping the air for Princess Barack. At a time of gross economic and geopolitical instability throughout the Western world, this is beyond irresponsibility.

To anyone who kept his head, the string of Christmas cracker mottoes booming through the public address system on Washington’s National Mall can only excite scepticism. It is crucial to recall the reality that lies behind the rhetoric. Denouncing "those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents" comes ill from a man whose flagship legislation, the Freedom of Choice Act, will impose abortion, including partial-birth abortion, on every state in the Union. It seems the era of Hope is to be inaugurated with a slaughter of the innocents.

Obama’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan is like one of those toxic packages traded by bankers: it camouflages many unaffordable gifts to his client state. With a federal deficit already at $1.2 trillion, Obama wants to squander $825 billion (which will undoubtedly mushroom to more than $1 trillion) on creating 600,000 more government jobs and a further 459,000 in "green energy" (useless wind turbines and other Heath-Robinson contraptions favoured by Beltway environmentalists).

It is frightening to think there is a real possibility that the entire world economy could go into complete meltdown and famine kill millions. Yet Western – and British – commentators are cocooned in a warm comfort zone of infatuation with America’s answer to Neil Kinnock. We should be long past applauding politicians of any hue: they got us into this mess. The best deserve a probationary opportunity to prove themselves, the worst should be in jail.

It is questionable whether the present political system can survive the coming crisis. Whatever the solution, teenage swooning sentimentality over a celebrity cult has no part in it. The most powerful nation on earth is confronting its worst economic crisis under the leadership of its most extremely liberal politician, who has virtually no experience of federal politics. That is not an opportunity but a catastrophe.

These are frank, even ungracious, words: they have the one merit that, unlike almost everything else written today about Obama, they will not require to be eaten in the future. Barack Obama inauguration: this Emperor has no clothes, it will all end in tears :: Gerald Warner
